Refund policy

Please ensure all your details you have stated are correct as we can't make changes once the order has been handmade for you. 

All designs are hand-crafted from scratch so therefore they are non returnable. 

Only in the unlikely event if your mosaic product is damaged, we will accept returns of the item. If the product is damaged we will do our best to rectify the matter.  

Orders cannot be cancelled once we have received payment.

Orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.
